Is it possible to restore favorites from a computer that was re-imaged? User doesn't know if they were ever logged into Firefox to use the sync feature. Of course this didn't come up until after the laptop was re-imaged so i'm not really holding my breathe. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, Colin

Hmm, if you didn't use the built-in Windows "Reset" or "Refresh" that preserves the old user profile folder under C:\Windows.old then I suspect all the data is gone. We sometimes suggest to Windows users to try the Recuva program, which will check for erased files, but if your reimage replaced all the file tables, that won't be helpful, either. Nothing else is coming to mind.
