I have tried everything on your website including 7.3 beta and the product doesn't install and when it does come up freezes the computer in seconds.
I have tried 7.2 Firefox several times only with failure. When it does install I can only use it for a minutes before it freezes up. This has happened 3 times just reading Mozilla.org help pages. I have tried the windows 64 version and it didn't work at all. The 7.3 beta version worked the best out of them working for several minutes before becoming non-responsive. 7.3 beta also installed in minutes versus a quarter hour. however it started to freeze up again like 7.2 and there was no images or other things going on that would take a large draw on the processor. Since I have read about prior versions of the software preventing future installs from working like Mozilla profile is not usually uninstalled like it says on your website I cleaned as much of Firefox off as I could including using Kaspersky disk cleaners. 7.3 beta will not install anymore.
I have tried running the firefox installer as administrator. I have taken all flash players off the computer and anything from Adobe. Turning off hardware accelerator causes it to freeze up instantly.
I have tried to turn on the crash reporter option in settings but it dosen't seem to work.
The worst part is it seems nothing I have done can actually remove it and it is running in the background and interfering with other web browsers.
I have even tried CCleaner and it only freezes up.
Any help would be welcome.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

Do Not remove any profile folders.

I am using a 64 bit window version.
I have cleaned every Mozilla Firefox file manually 3 times as you suggested before this post. As it says in the Firefox help I have removed the Firefox profile folder a number of times already. ( I know you said do not do this but that was before the post).
I have so far tried the general install.
the windows 64 bit install version 72 which freezes up when doing shortcuts. if you say don't use shortcuts it stops at a little housekeeping. Then I find it installed after I turn it off.
the 73.0B6 beta version which says it doesn't install but then you find it has been installed. This is generally fairly faster than 72. The last attempt at this did not result in a installation
I have tried firefox nightly but it said it wouldn't install and I had tried to install firefox in the past and would clean things up. I did not clean off the computer before this attempt.
Mostly I get the message hmm the program could not install. When it does install it does not work for long.
I have spent many hours looking at forums. Some say it is the Kaspersky internet security browser extension that prevents it from running right. Some say
Settings > Network > Scan secure traffic in Mozilla applications is really the cause.
Others say that a similar occurrence happened in version 66 and eventually a patch was developed for the browser to work but full functionality was still not achieved even in later versions.
I have another computer which runs on the latest Kaspersky version but I have not yet upgraded to version 72. The browser still works well without errors or freezing up.
My problem is a difficult one to place because the installation does not work well and the operation of the program also is challenging at best.
This all started about a month ago before the Christmas holiday. Before that everything worked well.

I installed McAfee internet security instead of Kaspersky. it seems to be working better now. I will try reinstalling again later.
Until then I will be using google chrome which seems to work.
