Getting double resonse for all form submission req. in firefoe browser in version 71.0 on https://

Hi Team, In my live Site, facing an issue only on Firefox browser, all from submission request generate the double response. Due to this it is showing wrong message like data is already exist in the system. This issue comes when we apply SSL means if site is running on https: then it show the issue. On http:// its working fine. Note: Its working fine in the old version of Firefox version 54.0 Quick response awaited Thanks in adv.
