When trying to open one of my three btinternet email addresses, I continually get a pop up message saying login in to xxx.btinternet.com failed together with another pop up message saying "server mail,btinternet.com has disconnected ............". It hasn't! I have tried every remedy I can find and not one has worked. I can login to my other two addresses and read the emails there. I am on the point of uninstalling Thunderbird if no remedy is forthcoming.
