FF auto updated, lost passwords & bookmarks. Can't find old profile. ??????
FF updated and lost all passwords. Luckily had passwords on Dashlane. Power went off and when restored, booted up FF. Pop up window came up asking me to choose profile. None listed in pop up window and could not continue, so selected make new profile. Did so and FF started, but now no passewords or bookmarks!! Have read through help sections on line, but still can not find old profile.

Hi osok308, Type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press enter.
How many Profiles are there?
You can select Launch in a New Window to see if it is your "old" Profile.
