I just started having this problem when I was in Firefox and was looking for a translation program. I thought I found one and downloaded it. I kept on saying yes. I don't know what happened to that program, but when I went into firefox, the page I usually saw was gone! I deleted firefox and reinstalled. It seemed fine, but just now when I went back on I got https://www.instantinbox.co/homepage/homepage.html?id=MTI4NDI&implId=dGhlbWVfbnRzX2VtYWlsX3Jsb2dv#hp=1

Hello iamchristinespaulding,

To get rid of this nuisance, would you please try this :

Go to the Firefox menu (≡) => Options => Add-ons => Extensions and remove anything that looks unfamiliar or suspicious.

Do the same in Windows Control Panel => Programs.

Next step is to run malwarescans - further information can be found in this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. They all work differently - what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.

Any luck ?
