Firefox cannot find my Seamonkey profile when I go to import it into Firefox.

I am trying to migrate my Seamonkey profile into Firefox. When I open Bookmarks/Open all bookmarks/Import and backup/Import from another browser, Firefox says it cannot find any other browser on my system. If I try to run from the command line with "firefox -- migration" I do not get any migration menu.

If it is not actually possible simply to import all that data, what are the minimum files I need to copy from my Seamonkey profile into the Firefox profile, to preserve minimal functionality, including: passwords, cookies, and other website-related data; history; bookmarks; modified about:config settings helper applications

Note: This question was posted in Seamonkey; therefore, all browser information is related to that software. The installed version of Firefox is 60.8.0esr (64-bit).
