I need a human to respond to my requests for help - new update doesn't download, my verification is blocked - HELP!!!
I have downloaded the Firefox 3 or 4 times - still get the error message saying "seriously out of date'. I have tried to update my internet banking - the bank site doesn't work for me because my browser is out of date. I have tried to sign into Firefox Sync and have been sent 2 new authorization codes - neither is accepted.
HELP ! I am very frustrated and don't know what to do next. This product was working brilliantly for us, set up by my husband (thank you) - he has since died and I need the help he would have provided previously.
