Hi Firefox Sync is not loading bookmarks and passwords from devices i was using before
Hi My Firefox Sync option is not working anymore when i login and press sync nothing loading like bookmarks and passwords from devices i was using before , same on laptops and android phone I can see computers and phones i was using before in options devices & aps but data not loading from them
Can you please help

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there is a recent log available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
thank you for reply when i open about:sync-log in firefox there is no any logs just path to logs folder in application data witch is also empty .
when i open about:sync-log in firefox there is only path to logs folder and nothing else also directly accessing folder - its empty .
This means that there hasn't been problems with Sync.
Do you still have data on other devices?
If you have data on a laptop then maybe use a removable USB stick to transfer data.
No i dont have them devices anymore just trought if i create firefox account the passwords and bookmarks will be there so i can get them back when i login and sync with new devices im sure thats how it was before .
