changing basic bookmarks order and removing "Other Bookmarks" etc

Any clues please, computer literate.

On my android versions, "Bookmarks" just shows "desktop bookmarks" tapping this shows "bookmartks toolbar", Other bookmarks" and "bookmarks menu" in that order

I would like to a) Move the "bookmarks menu" to the main page, or if not possible, move it to the TOP of the three items. Prefer as the main folder to save all thos extra taps! or b) remove completely "bookmarks toolbar" and "other bookmarks" folders. tap/hole and delete says folder deleted but it is NOT!

Seems an untidy way of doing things as I just want direct access to the bookmarks synced from desktop machine.

I use this mainly for weather information as private pilot and the less taps for info the better!

Sorry, but that is not what I asked.

All that is is for editing standard book mark FOLDERS I need to delete the two top level folders and/or move desktop bookmarks to the top

So when selecting "bookmarks" they are directly there not "click bookmarks" the click "desktop bookmarks"
