I am using a Desktop - built on "Ubuntu 16.04.5" , Linux 4.15.0-47-generic, GTK+ 3.18.9

I have always been able to use my system resize arrows to control and adjust the size of any window including Firefox and all other browsers.

Since this update I can't 1/ move the resize button from the left next to the close window button to the right whjere I prefer it, using customise tools. or 2/ use my system arrows to adjust the window to custome size and proportions. 3/ I can't exit safe mode at all, have looked at all your help pages for this.

Is this because this version is tailored for mobile phones? Also is there any security issue if roll back to the previous version that was fully functional?
