I have a new microsoft Surface 6. Windows 10. Firefox security is too strong if I can't even access mozilla suport: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/what-does-your-connection-is-not-secure-mean. I can't access United airlines. Do I have to delete my account and reinstall.

When clicking on the "Automatically add" button below next to "troubleshooting information:" I am taking to a add-on screen that says "We're sorry, but we can't find what you're looking for"

Something is wrong with firefox.

Can you please post the complete error message so we can figure out why that's happening?

1. Go to united.com (or another site that isn't working). 2. Click the "advanced" button. 3. Take a screenshot of the entire page using these instructions and upload it here.

I am getting this error message even for support.mozilla.org. Telling me mozilla certificate is invalid. I cannot get onto any website. see attached.

You get this error because Firefox has detected that there is some TLS proxy active that intercepts the connection.

What is the value of this 'mitm' pref on the about:config page?

  • security.pki.mitm_canary_issuer

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.

Try to set this pref to true on the about:config page in case other software adds its root certificate to the Windows certificate store.

  • security.enterprise_roots.enabled = true
