Did not receive gift card for firefox survey

Skrevet

I opened firefox a couple of days ago and was lead to a survey on firefox itself and thought why not do it? It asked a bunch of questions of whether I used it or other browsers like chrome, safari, etc, how often and what I use it for, and etc. At the end of the survey that took about 20-35 minutes, it asked for my email so that they can send me a $5 Amazon Gift Card. I completed this on the 24th. The website in question where I filled the firefox survey at was, "forthrightsurveys.com" Returning to the website (specifically the last page right when I submitted my email, "forthrightsurveys.com/[whole bunch of strings]) gives the prompt "This questionnaire has already been completed using your ID. It may only be completed once be each respondent." Going to forthrightsurveys.com url in general links me specifically to "intellisurvey.com", so I can't check to see if I might have put my email wrong.

I have been checking my inbox and my junk mail just in case but I have still not received an email. Is there anyway to get my giftcard or to be able to redo the survey in order to be able to get my giftcard? I have tried to check the firefox website for support in general as to who to email in regards to this, but all it leads to is back to this forum to ask my question.

Update: I ended up getting an email from Forthright, on the 1st of November with a code to use on amazon and instructions on how to redeem the gift card. I was able to redeem the giftcard. It looks like it was a legitimate survey from firefox. To answer Cor-el, I got my invitation from a firefox pop-up ( or at least I think it was a pop up, I can't remember exactly) from when I opened up firefox. The survey was probably targeted to a small number of users and would slowly respond to the surveys with the giftcard in a follow up email as I got mine eight days later and I actually did use the correct email.

I called for more help. I don't think Mozilla has anything to do with that.

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player or remove it using these links; http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 31.0.0.122

Look suspicious to me as well. If you get something offered then you should always verify that such a survey is legitimate.

Where (how) did you receive this invitation for this survey (email or link/pop-up on web page)?

When I first saw your thread I did some searching and it seemed like Mozilla (the company that makes Firefox) has nothing to do with forthrightsurveys or intellisurvey.

Just because you see a Firefox word and or icon on page does not mean it is legit or official.

Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of say https://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com however no prizes are given.
