Screenshoot in responsive mode

If you use "Take a screenshoot" while debuging in responsive mode, the screenshoot ui tries to fit inside the responsive window. If you debugging a small device, the ui is to large to fit.

I'd prefer if the screenshoot UI was outside the view, as part of the responsive-debug tool.

An easier fix can be to just set a max-width to 95vw, and have it scale.
