No there isn't.

Firefox doesn't do email and the upload for attachments in webmail portals would look to the Windows file Explorer for files the user has sitting on their PC / Laptop. Can't do that when a PDF file is open in Firefox; the PDF file needs to be save from Firefox to a location on your drive that you can easily find thru the file Explorer in Windows when the web mail software open the upload dialog in Windows.
