Every few days when launching my Firefox app form my Windows Based PC my bookmarks are gone. Also, I get the Firefox intro page when this happens

Why every few days are my bookmarks deleted, and why am I getting a introduction to Firefox page on these occasions as well?

Also, is it normal that when launching Firefox the search engine is GOOGLE?

Hi, yes the default search engine is Google. Mozilla ended their relationship with Yahoo when the were bought by AOL/Time Warner/Oath and current court cases ensue. https://www.oath.com/

Something is not taking. Are you clicking on Skipping the Tour or are you taking the Tour ?

If not do one of them please.

Or open a New Tab and Click on the Left Upper Corner on the Greyed out Firefox and Click Skip the tour. Exit Firefox by going to the 3 Bar Menu then down to Exit.
