Firefox is not accepting my email address &/or password. I'd appreciate any help.

Hi there, I understand that you have a Firefox account and that accounts.firefox.com is giving you a login error.
First, clear the cache here: https://accounts.firefox.com
- Click on the lock icon in the url bar
- Then click on the ">" icon that pops up then on More Information
- A window will open up and there is a tab named "Security"
- Click on "View Cookies" then clear out all of them.
next, try to login again. If this does not work:
Can you tell me a little bit more about what you have tried and the last time there was a successful sync between more than one device with this account?
The later question is to find out if the latest profile is on your local device or if there is another computer that recently synced your profile so that you might be able to sync your profile with the latest information if you do a Firefox account password reset. Please do take note that resetting your password will prevent you from being able to access previously synced profile information.

Firefox has never accepted my email information to allow creating account or signing in. See attached screen capture.
So since there is a warning that says that an account already exists, the next step here will be to try to sign in from this page:
Click on the "Have an account? Sign in" and it will take you to the sign in page.

Attached is the snapshot that occurs after I try to create an account. Why will it not accept my email address???
To post back here, we chatted over email and sync began to work again with a clean install of Firefox. There were two email accounts, and will post back here if the issue continues.

I didn't mean to send it to you. Working outside of ordinary email as Firefox seems to do still confuses me.
Here's a new problem. In Firefox for the iphone, when I link to google, the Firefox app seems to get trapped with series of Google promotions that are difficult to get escape.
