Firefox causing Pops / Skipping in Foobar (or any other music app)

I've been using Foobar for years. Suddenly getting major lags, pops, stuttering, and skipping in the program while playing songs.

I downloaded LatencyMon to try and find out what was going on. It gives you the option of sorting processes/services by latency or faults.

What do I discover? Firefox is a MAGNET for causing hard pagefaults. As soon as I closed Firefox, my music problems stopped. Every page opened in Firefox caused an average of 25 pagefaults in the system. Four pages later, and I'm over 100 pagefaults.

I'm using an SSD, so there's no latency issues there. The problem lies squarely on Firefox. You've broken something recently...
