right now I do not get emails on my android cell phone I just want them can you help me. Also I want to play PCH games but can't get them cause they need java script to play do you have that?

Javascript is capable of running on mobile.

For outlook I suggest to use the app if the mobile website does not work. This way the emails are also stored on your phone storage.
