I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. I am using Firefox as my main web browser and the Developer Edition for my web design and publishing works. I never had any problems with this setup until recently, when all of a sudden Firefox began to prompt me to shut down the currently running process of other version in order to run another one (Firefox requires Developer Edition to be shut down in order to run, Developer Edition vice versa). The profiles seems to be mixed up somehow, and all the setups and plugins are mixed up between the two.

If I keep uninstalling and reinstalling the browser, it sometimes runs okay, which even more confuses me.
