Hi, first try restarting your PC.

Now start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down Shift when starting it - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

If that doesn't help, and in case a Refresh has occurred, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the file isn't there, for bookmarks only, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

Have you checked for the backup bookmarks?

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there?

These can't get your data back, but will help in the future.

There is no old data in Profile folder.

Do you mean you did find an Old Firefox Data folder on your Windows desktop, but it's empty, or you did not find an Old Firefox Data folder on your Windows desktop at all?

If you looked in your Profiles folder -- a shortcut to view that folder is the paste the following in the Windows search box or in the address bar of a Windows Explorer window

%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Whatever profile you are using now, try using the other one.

Could you checked the Modified Date/Time on the files in the two folders? In particular, take a look at places.sqlite which is the database file which stores history and bookmarks. How close in time are the two?

3gpc7l03.default-1475138766078 is a profile created September 29, 2016 as the result of a reset. When you use the refresh feature in Firefox then a new profile is created with a time stamp appended. The other profile (ggbjb26u.default) is likely older as that is an original default profile created by Firefox when no profile is found.

You can check the content of the 3gpc7l03.default-1475138766078 profile.

You did check the location used for the Firefox profile folder to see if there are multiple profiles?

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder in \AppData\Roaming:

Go up one level to check if there is only one profile.

Thank you Jscher200 and cor-el, it worked for my bookmarks.. after I copy the places.sqlite to the new profile, unfortunately, it didn't work for my passwords because I didn't find any login.json file in the old profile. only key3.db, I remember that I deleted logins.json file and I recover it, then copied to new profiles but didn't affect. now it becomes logins.json.corrupt is there any thing I can do to gain back my password. Sorry if my problem are complicated, I really appreciate all your solutions...

How can you tell this?

If you recover a deleted file then it is always possible that the clusters occupied by the file have been reused in the meantime and the original contents got lost. You can check the logins.json file in the Firefox Scratchpad to see if there are still logins listed. If the logins.json file looks OK then you may have an older copy that isn't compatible with the key3.db file you have.

You can open the file in the Scratchpad ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer).

As far as using CCleaner goes, generally not advised to let that application touch any Firefox files - period. We have seen too many problems created by CCleaner with regards to Firefox Profile files.
