How can I make it so no one can change my privacy settings? can this be done without me doing any coding as I really don't know how?

I currently have my settings to erase history when firefox closes. I don't want anyone changing that setting when I'm not aware and thereby being able to see my history. I know nothing about coding and wouldn't even attempt it. Is there an add on or some kind of suggestion anyone would have? I'm especially concerned as my kids are getting older and I suspect they will have try this one day. lol

You can consider to use Private Browsing mode if you do not want to keep history.

You can use "Always use Private Browsing mode" or create a shortcut with the -private-window switch appended to the command line to open a new session in Private Browsing mode.

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling "Always use Private Browsing mode".
