my laptop cannot connect to the internet..how can retrieve my bookmarks

My laptop 2012 Sager with Windows 7 home premium edition. I am no longer able to connect to the internet with this laptop and I want to try and save/recover my Firefox bookmarks.. I sign up for sync today, but I don't know it that was too late to be of any good. I am going to do a clean install of Windows(to try and fix the connectivity issue) and wanted to try save my bookmarks before the drive is wiped. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. A full wipe to fix internet connectivity issues seems a bit extreme, but if you decide to do that, read Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. Firefox sync is NOT a backup system so you should make an actual backup using the directions above.
