How can I restore my bookmarks that I saved with no Firefox Sync?

Hello,

1- I have a Firefox Sync account and I saved a lot of Bookmarks. 2- Then, after reinstalling the OS, I installed a Firefox with NO Firefox Sync account. 3- I saved a lot of bookmarks with NO Firefox Sync account 4- I wanted to merge the new bookmark with the ones in my Sync Account, so I login and ... I lost my bookmarks that I saved without Firefox Sync 5- Is there a way to get the bookmarks I saved (without Sync) back?
