One way is with Sync: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-android#w_keep-your-desktop-bookmarks-tabs-and-passwords-in-sync. NOTE: please make a manual backup of your bookmarks in case Sync tries to treat your phone as the Master.

You could try to do it manually from Firefox For Android and see what options are available. The desktop Firefox can export HTML at least: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer.
