Firefox persistently crashes whenever using google map or using Firefox over 1 hour of use
Hello all,
It seems that Firefox is getting worse and worse with each version of release.
Firefox kept crashing whenever I use google map, or whenever I use firefox for over 1 hour of use. It is getting pathetic and ridiculous that you can't use firefox efficiently if it is involving the google map or using firefox to browse for over 1 hour of use per session.
Here's crash report so can anyone figure out what the h£ll with firefox of late? Please note - I have already started new profile and new installation (fresh!), and I have disabled hardware acceleration!!

- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Ran out of memory - Firefox 40.0.2 Crash Report [@ OOM | large .... Each one of those crash reports flags this file: nvwgf2um.dll Which is a Nvidia-compatible graphics driver file.
First thing to do is to update to the latest Firefox 43.0.3 version and see if that issue with the graphics driver has been solved.
Another thing is to check for updates for you drivers, at the website for that brand computer or by using an internal update check, if that device has that feature built-in.
Nope, it doesn't make any difference after I upgrade both driver and firefox. If anything, it makes the probelm worse every 30 mins of use.

It seems that the option of disable hardware acceleration is not working properly in firefox. Is there a way to ensure that It is PERMANENTLY off? need to change regedit in firefox or what?
