We are a group of Friars and Monks who provide a Faith Based Facility for Pain Management Patients to balance their lives through various "Resident" or "In House" programs that focus on Foods to reduce and help mitigate Chronic/Constant Pain and Daily Acute Pain emphasizing the use of Prayer and Meditative techniques customized for each patient to reduce or eliminate the amount of Medication required for the Mitigation of Pain. We have both Scansnap and other scanners which scan immediately to PDF, JPEG, etc... Until the Last update of Mozilla Firefox we installed we could create customized individual PDF's for any webpage for each Patient AS NEEDED. Now, Our Daily "Saints" from "Catholic.Org" can or will not allow us to Create a PDF in the Early Morning to be condensed and, as needed, printed for motivation of our Patients during Vespers and other special prayers throughout each Twenty Four Hour Cycle of Each Attendees Circadian Rhythm (Biological Clock). This is a MAJOR PAIN AND PROBLEM, WOULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE AS TO HOW WE CAN REINSTATE AND USE THE EXPENSIVE SOFTWARE WE PAID FOR TO BE ABLE TO FACILITATE THIS SERVICE FOR OUR GUESTS. We very much look forward to hearing from you with The Resolution for this Blockade and in the interim, We Remain, Most Sincerely Yours, FR. Michael+ Raymond Ewing, Please have a great day!!
