You can rename (or delete) the content-prefs.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder to reset the page zoom for all websites.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To it’s right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate thecontent-prefs.sqlite file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

You have one of the worst set of extensions I've ever seen. Suggest you Google these from your System Details(there seem to be many spelling variations - not a good sign) for information and removal advice -

KinegCoupaoN 1.3 (FREkJ@Lnhs.edu)

ShoppingDealFactory 3.8 (otxzyw_aedtkgmcv@zzgfpdvupwkcoggebu.com) deeoal4real 1.4 (0UR@N.org) (Inactive) LuceKyyCoupooNN 1.0 (v1iiD@j.org) (Inactive) RooyalCoupon 1.6 (3Ru@P8pV.net) (Inactive) SaLEsChueeCkaer 2.2 (t@Lo.org) (Inactive)

I'm not sure why Trend Micro isn't warning you about these.

Note that your System Detail list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.

You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

When does this happen?

Make sure that you do not touch the Ctrl key while scrolling the page with the mouse wheel.

You may have zoomed web page(s) by accident. Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl/Command+0 (zero))
