Firefox Tab Automatically closed while Draging the MCA form

Dear Team,

We are Using Firefox Version 34 ,49,42. We are login the Ministry of Corporate Affairs site and Upload the Form. While Dragging the form to upload portal the firefox tab automatically closed. We activate the java Plugin but our problem not solved. we update the firefox but our problem not solved. It shows Upload 100% completed after that tab closed
