It looks like I need some help! Mozilla crashes immediately upon startup - immediately get the "crash reporter" box before the browser even opens. I tried an uninstall/reinstall but it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks for your help in advance!

thank you for providing a crash id, looking at this report, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
