Firefox crashes
Crash ID: bp-85330cb7-f947-46a8-b31f-95fb82150621 Firefox and nightly have not been responding upon starting either program for the last 14 hours.I tried the safe mode but nothing changed and I updated both programs,i even reinstalled firefox.Is this something general or is it just me?any ideas how to fix it?thank you

Try this out first;
- 1 Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systemsv38.0.5 {web link}
- 2 Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}
DO NOT remove your profiles. - 3 After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. Then run the installers.
You can try to disable e10s (multi-process) for now to see if that helps.
- about:preferences > General: Enable multi-process Nightly
