I have already done all of this, you see this is the dam problem... I can't log into the site, I had to create a new password and username,cin which are exactly what I used the last time, again and again and again... Each time setting up a new account where their was an account already started. Am I going to have to create a new acct. each time or can you fix this problem...

If the reset password message is not in the spam folder you may need to provide Madalina with the previous usernames and emails used to sign up. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has called as well, it should not be so hard to find help.
