For some odd reason all of my extensions are disabled and they're obviously not functioning. They were working perfectly fine on Friday, but somehow I can't re-enable them. I've already tried using the Add-on Compatibility Reporter and the about:config method, but to no avail. Trying to update the extensions does nothing as well. Plugins work however. Are there any methods to get around this issue?

One quick thing before you get some heavyweight help. Your disabled extensions page has exactly the look you would get if you had started in Safe Mode. You would, though, get a warning across the top of the page. Just make sure you are not missing the top of the page. I presume you have re-booted the computer and re-started Firefox. This is the first question you will get.

I don't think it's a Safe Mode issue because I have set it to Safe Mode then revert it back to normal mode and the problem still persists.

I have already restarted my computer and Firefox as well, but nothing seems to function. Only thing that is enabled in the Extensions bar is the Add-on Compatibility Reporter.

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

See "Corrupt extension files":

Thanks man! That actually worked!

But another issue came up from this method. My appearance is stark white even though the Appearance tab shows that the custom theme that I have is enabled.

Try this, Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>) <Shift> A)

On the left side of the page, select Appearance. Switch to the Default. Close Firefox. After a bit, restart. Now choose the theme you want.

Nope. That didn't seem to work.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Are you sure that you do not run Firefox in Safe Mode?

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure that nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.

Also make sure that you do not hold the Shift key when you start Firefox.

None of these seem to work.

I managed to fix the problem by redownloading the theme. It was outdated by like 3-4 years already, so all it needed was a redownload.
