my cloud player no longer offers the options on Firefox...still works on Chrome

I have a Seagate cloud device which utilzes a cloud player for viewing files (Tappin, I believe is the producer of the veiwer). For the most recent versions of Firefox the software no longe functions as it should, missing the option (at least not able to view it if its somewhere hidden) so cannot utilize the slide show as I have in the past. I also have Chrome and the program works there just fine. Don't know what changes in Firefox would cause this but I may have to switch to Chrome as my default browser as I use this service to reach my files from locations away from home. If you have any suggestions I'd like to hear them.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>) <Shift> A)

On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.

Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Select More Information. Now select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
