Please provide a screenshot of that "pictogram". BTW, if its in the Taskbar Notification box, it really isn't part of Firefox, but rather coming from something installed in the Windows operating System.

Dear sir,

I stopped working on my computer at 16:30 hours Belgian time, and I wanted to continue with working at 17:55 hours. This was not possible, because of yellow triangle on the taskbar. I have to restart my computer, once again....., and than that yellow triangle mark was gone....

Enclosed, I sent you the file with view.

WOW ! ! What a view ! !

The problem is not Firefox.

I think that symbol means that the internet service was turned off. Are you using a wire connection, or WiFi ? Is the modem internal, or on the table?

Unplug everything from the modem for about a minute. Then restart.

Call your ISP and have them test your service.

Open the computers web control window. thru the control panel. Check the settings.

WiFi: some laptop and others have a hardware switch that shuts down the WiFi, look all over for such a switch.

Firewall: some programs have a cut off switch, shutting down all service. Open it's control panel and check all settings.

I don't use a wire connection or WIFI, I use some cables and 1 powerline adapter nearby my office. There is also installed 1 powerline adapter downstears nearby modem and TV.

What is curious is that I have had this problem never before using my computer. How comes it now ?????

I am not a technicien, so I don't know how to unplug everything from the modem for about a minute, and than restart. I have already taken contact with Telenet, my provider for internet, television and telephone. They have already done control, and everything works optimal.

And the rest of your reply about settings is something what I don't know how to do this. Is it to me to execute this or my seller of my computer ?

I have also taken contact with BullGuard, internet security instance, and I am waiting for news.

Greetings,

Freddy Van De Velde

Hello, the same happens to me here. It's a recent Windows problem with some network drivers, they cannot speak one to another for too long. You can either turn on and off the entire computer or just your network connection. It's simple and takes less than a minute, so I send an image to help: Right click on the the triangle icon, "Open Network and Sharing Center". It will open a new window, then, on the upper left corner left click on "Change adpapter settings" and the last window we seek opens. It has a small icon representing two screens (one in front and another behind), right click on it. Click on "Disable", wait the computer disable the connection, then do the same, but this time it says "Enable" where before was "Disable".

You may now resume your normal activities with Internet ! Farewell, Butzqui
