cache/refresh issue: select on options drop down list does not change

One page on my site has options drop down list, when the page is refreshed everything but the drop down lists is updated, the drop down lists stay the same. If you leave the page and come back it is correct. Only happens in FF.

You will need to login to my site to see the problem. I have test credentials for you:

username: softnetwd.com@gmail.com password: Softnet2009

Go to the login page, login, in account page select "settings" you will be sent to the "EZ-Web Site Builder" page. Select "colors". The page will show a list with check boxes on the left and drop down lists on the right. It is after the selections are "saved" on this page and the page refereshed, the drop down lists remain incorrect. When you select another option and return to "colors" option it is correct again. I thought maybe the PHP was putting out incorrect HTML so I checked it in MSIE8 and it works correctly, so somehow just the drop down lists are being cached and don't change. See for yourself please.
