I could not get my "awesome bar" or my "home" icone or anything to come up until I downloaded one of the add-ons w/ the 10 best features. Now everything is hunky-dorey!
I could not get my "awesome" or location/address bar to come up. Along with that I could not get my home icon, my back or forward arrows, anything that belonged in that general area to show it's face, so to speak. I had tried re-loading Firefox 4 and since this was the first Firefox I had loaded onto my laptop I had no earlier versions to go back to. I could not find any earlier versions to go to on the website not that I looked very hard.

I downloaded the add-on Awesome -screenshot capture" and got what I needed and more! Not only did I get my location bar, home icon and back and forward arrows, I also received a bunch of nifty buttons that I probably would have installed anyway sometime down the line. So, that worked out well for me and solved my immediate problem and I hope it works for anybody else stuck in the same place. Good luck, kimberly
