"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.
- Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and if present delete cookies.sqlite-shm and cookies.sqlite-wal in the Firefox profile folder in case cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Go to the log-in page of the site. Somewhere there should be a Forgot Password link.
Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the web site. Carefully follow the instructions in that mail.
I get a e-mail back from forgot password link and hit it and it sends me back to the web site again not where to reset my password at.
Please copy the message here, but X out any links. Just the links.
