I have been using Firefox with my iMac27 OS 10.10.5 for 2-3 yrs--suddenly It delivers problems with printer and hangs--
I cannot get Firefox to print on Brother 5250DN that worked previously--also I cannot figure out how to print in "landscape" mode--

Hi TripleHjr, All of the stored printer preferences will be in the presets. If it was working before please make sure that your printer's driver is up to date and try a quick reset of the printer settings stored in Firefox:

I am using an iMac 27 with 10.10.5--I have no "print Preview" window--but if you had said go to "page setup" I could and did find the landscape choice unlike in Safari where it is presented with the print window--
to guigs--I can get to about:config but when I put print_printer into the search box nothing happens with a push of return key--when I go do manual search there is no print_printer in the pref list--I am using Firefox ver 40.0.3---where to next?

I have checked drivers and have both printers up to date--Ias I state below I am unable to follow directions for resetting the printer prefs--triple H
