I just upgraded (reluctantly) to Win11 on my desktop, and my POP Thunderbird account did not survive the upgrade. I had to switch over to a new IMAP Thunderbird, losing all of my POP folders (which are still on my disk). Just not, apparently, accessible.

Anyone have info on how to re-access or somehow get them into my IMAP install?

I have just received my Credit Card Statement and notice that I have been charged £16.20 on 22nd December, 2025. I have no recollection of this payment and, therefore, if you could advise me to what this relates.

Having a problem with all emails that are supposed to be going to account1@gmail.com are being diverted to account2@gmail.com, then the emails are being transferred in a "Blocked" state to the intended email address - account1@gmail.com Very frustrating, as I've searched heaps of places (including the settings of both accounts - No Links) for over 6 weeks to no avail..... or am I missing something staring back at me

I cannot add my mailfence email account to my thunderbird app using Ubuntu 24.04.3 although my gmail and live.co.uk accounts are still there and working correnctly - Mailfence no longer works - I deleted account and tried to add back into thunderbird without success - please advise asap - [edited email from community support forum]

I would like to make a donation that renews automatically each year. I understand that you offer the option of making monthly donations. However, that is not what I am looking for, and I would never use that option. By contrast, if I could make a donation that renews automatically on the same date every year, I would choose that option. I am not suggesting that the amount would be substantial, but it would be comparable to what I would be willing to pay for an annual subscription.

(If I have not submitted this suggestion through the appropriate channel, could you please let me know how it might be brought to the attention of the individuals responsible for making such decisions?)

I have a domain that has email accounts. It was established a long time ago. I want to add a new email address for that domain. The MX records point at google. I try to create a new google account but can not because it wants to verify the new address, which gmail does not recognize. The automatic account setup fails when google wants to verify the address. So, I can't add a google account email because it doesn't exist. Suggestions please,

Considering so many companies have adopted Microsoft Exchange/Outlook365 and their IT departments have locked out other communication protocols, are there any plans to address this in Thunderbird? Right now a lot of us can't use it because of this limitation. The only solutions so far appear to be Owl (for purchase) or DavMail (which requires a separate OpenJDK 8 installation). This is a fundamental need in Thunderbird rather than a third party add-on. I like the look of Thunderbird but, alas, am not able to use it.

I was unable to install Thunderbird download, as Windows prevented it. I believe this is due to the fact that my laptop was given to me, and not registered in my name. I therefore opened an email account with tutu, after donating $41 USD to Mozilla. I wish to stop this payment please. How can I check if I am supporting Mozilla financially? I just received an email asking for a donation but thought I was already donating. Is there somewhere in my account settings where I can check if/how I am donating?
