Hello Mozilla Support, I am trying to use a website, but it shows the message "You are using an incompatible web browser." I am using the latest version of Firefox on my Android phone, but the website still does not work. I have already refreshed the page and restarted the browser. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

this request by mozilla keeps appearing. i dont have a PIN. its difficult to get around. takes about three or four times so I can access page i am requesting. In this case Paypal.

hi guys, on my android 12 phone a box appears when I open Firefox showing how many tracking cookies have been blocked. Could you please advise how to reset this counter to zero. Have done a number of web searches but for some reason the proposed solutions don't seem to work.

I see this "File not found" error while trying to open few PDFs using Firefox browser. For example: Income Tax return acknowledgement. I am able to open the same PDF using other Android apps like Kindle, Google Drive PDF Viewer, Files by Google etc.

A blank page comes up after trying to print a mailing label from Amazon. Yes I can turn off the protection, but that's an extra step.

I followed the "instructions" to add the site or domain to an exception list but that also does not work.

Printing a return shopping label from Amazon is a very normal thing for people to do. Fix this so that it's easy to print or an easy work around like adding Amazon.com to an exception list

Firefox Nightly for Android

After one of recent update (few weeks ago) cannot access local network ip addresses.

Tried different suggestions from SO in about:config but nothing helps.

Other browsers works.

Hello, Firefox keeps crashing numerous times everyday, I've just uninstalled it then reinstalled it and within minutes another notification it's crashed, works fine on my pc and been using it for years.

I'm trying to use ctrl+f to use the find function on my Samsung tablet S11 to no avail. I found the article saying to use the 3 dots next to the url bar, which works, but significantly increases the amount of time it takes me to do so AND I have to redo it for every single page. Is there truly no way to use keyboard shortcuts? That feels a bit insane to me...

I wanted to take some screen shots and found my self in a goggle browser instead of Firefox browser and as a result I could not take screen shots because Google says it is because of security. Please explain to me which security, I chose Firefox default, browser etc. But It is seems as if Google want to over in everything I do on my cell phone.

I started getting ads upon opening the app yesterday. It's the generic white border with an image or video in the middle, it's not every time I load but at least 1/4 of the time. I tried taking a screenshot of the ad but it just ended up as a blank screen (attached image)
