instructions to change my primary e-mail for my account do not seem to match options

I need to get rid of an old defunct email address ([email removed]@irandpcorp.com) and replace it with my current one [email removed]@icloud.com

I want to change my primary email address to another one I've used before, but your system won't let me do it.
