Hello! I accidentally logged into my account after switching to a new computer, creating a new recovery key. Now i do not have access to all my saved passwords. I have my recovery key but cannot find where should I type it to get back all my information. Is it possible to recover my information using the original recovery key, not the one I accidentally created? I really need to get the access to all my saved passwords, please help me with it. Thank you!

I've lost my bookmarks after Firefox restarted after computer crash today. The bookmarks library is empty, and I could not find another profile. I could not find "Old Firefox Date" on my desktop.

I'm on a Macbook Air, Apple M2, Sequoia 15.3.1

I use Firefox (the current version) on a Dell Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have around 8800 bookmarks, and I've lost around half the tags on my bookmarks. (The bookmarks themselves are OK; I'm losing about half of the tabs.,) This has happened to me twice recently, and I'm restoring the bookmarks as I write these words.(after I'm finished, I'll save two copies of the HTML file for backups. Can anybody tell me why this is happpening, aaand How I can prevent it in the future?

My bookmarks have disappeared. The solutions do not seem to work. It may be due to Avast Secure Browser trying to take over. Will they come back if I uninstall that?

This morning this was at the top of my screen when I logged into my computer. "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."

I did click on it however nothing happened or so I thought. I later go to the upper right hamburger and click on it and go to the bookmark tab only to find all my bookmarks are gone.

Can anyone tell me how to get them back since that is my quick access to my business sites? Is there a way to find them or are they just gone?

I cannot get the tab to stay out so I can take a screen shot. Sorry.

Hello, I use Windows 11 on my PC in France. I lost all my Firefox bookmarks and browsing history some time ago. When I try to use Firefox I get the message : Firefox is not operational because one of the Firefox files is being used by another application. I have tried to get an explanation on firefox.fr but to no avail, their support page is far too complex. I can still browse with Frefox but no bookmarks, so it defeats the purpose... Please help if you can as I now have to resort to Google Chrome, wich is not as versatile and I would really like to be able to use Firefox again. Thanks. Raymond

I lost my entire browser (bookmarks, extensions, accounts) by opening firefox twice. Whilst firefox was opening (very slowly due to my wifi) i opened it again, thinking it may have crashed, next time i opened it my entire browser was gone. How can i recover my data?
