Since April 5th I have lost spell check in the message pane of the emails I type on outlook.live.com It still works in the subject line, but not the message area.

Windows 10 pro 22H2 updated to end of March, when spell check was still working well. Firefox 137.1 English Canada Language selected (has worked well for years)

I go to outlook.live.com to read and answer my @hotmail.com emails.

When right clicking on a misspelled word in the message area I get only these options, Firefox does not give me the usual options.

I am currently having other problems on that site, clearing outlook.live.com cookies does not clear the problems.

The font is all garbled on Firefox on the latest version, and I can't even read the settings to see if I can fix it. Any ideas? I did an inspect and it says it's the "system UI" font, but every other app/browser is loading it fine. Help!

Currently I have the language setting, set to English. Despite this, the spellchecker is "American" instead of English. How can I get English as my spellchecking language?

Hi . I need to use German firefox due to work , always I was able to chenge the language to English or Polish . Now after update is not possible anymore . Can anyone advice what to do (see below picture)

I'm experiencing a consistent issue when typing Vietnamese using the built-in Windows Vietnamese keyboard (IME) in Firefox. Steps to reproduce:

   Type a Vietnamese word

   Press space after the word

   Immediately press backspace to delete the space

   Then type a punctuation mark, such as ,, ., (, ), ;, etc

   The entire word just typed is deleted immediately after pressing the punctuation key.

Notes:

   This issue does not happen in other browsers like Chrome or Edge.

   It only occurs when using the Windows built-in Vietnamese IME (not 3rd-party input tools like EVKey or Unikey).

   The bug seems related to how Firefox handles IME input, especially when mixing backspace and punctuation.

   It is very disruptive when typing Vietnamese naturally, especially in form fields, textareas, or comments.

Please look into this issue or let me know if there’s a workaround. It's been a consistent obstacle when typing Vietnamese and I don't want to use another tool just to type Vietnamese in Firefox, thank you.

I am trying to inspect dom to see the content of a dropdown for my selenium test and I am facing the following issue:

1. Click on a drop down select (ex Language) 2. It adds a list of language divs to the dom 3. Open Inspector to see them 4. List of languages is is not visible in the dom as it is collapsed in the inspector by default 5. Click to expand the list in the dom 6. That triggers a "click away" event and code removes the list of languages from the dom 7. Back to point 1 :(

Is there any way to break this dead loop? 1. Expand all nodes in the inspector by default 2. Disable any dom manipulation events

Jag har en iMac och jag har en Airbook. Båda har Firefox, på samma konto dvs sitter samman. Ändå skiljer vissa saker. Detta är en fråga om språket. Ett litet problem är att på airbook'en förstår inte firefox att jag vill skriva på svenska. Tex i denna ruta där frågan ställs markerar den vartenda ord och tycker det är dålig engelska dvs stryker under med rött.

Jag har jämfört inställningarna de bägge datorerna emellan. Har Firefox addon (tillägg) för Svenska. En märklig sak är att det verkar omöjligt att ta bort engelska språkpaketet om det finns där (den dator där det funkar saknar engelska tillägget som extra alternativ). Om jag klickar på något av de markerade orden här och kollar "språk" så anges att det är engelska - varför har inte svenska språkpaketet gått in, fast det står som installerat om man ser via tilläggens inställningar (där endast valet "ta bort", dvs är tillagt).

Detta dyker endast upp via Firefox, ej Chrome, alltså inte djupare i datorns inställningar om dess språk utan förefaller vara direkt en bugg eller felinställning i just Firefox. Men VAR? Varför får datorn för sig att jag försöker skriva på engelska, när svenska är installerat och inställt för.
