Hi Mozilla Community,

I have come across a new problem in the last week or so. I have a bunch of websites pinned on my Firefox homepage, but during the last week, some of them won't load when I click on the pinned webpage, BUT they do load when I type the address into the address bar.

The websites that are problematic for me are: medium.com and photographylife.com - these are not troublesome websites, or questionable websites. Everything used to work just fine. It could be the most recent update - although I am not sure. I thought it was related to Norton Internet Security but I turned Norton off and am still seeing the same problem.

If anybody has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I'm referring to when you hit ctrl-d or click the star, click the location dropdown, and select the choose option to scroll through your bookmark folders to select where to put the bookmark, my menu is tiny and annoyingly easy to scroll too far in without realizing till it's too late. Quick google didn't seem to have a solution, and the support didn't recognize the verbiage at least (not sure if that's on me for wording it weird or what, I'm pretty new to FIrefox and still have growing pains from the switch from the now anti-adblock browser I abandoned). Anyone?

After 10/10/24 FF desktop update, when FF opened, dialog box displays with: "Error: Platform version '131.0.2' is not compatible with minVersion>=131.0 maxVersion<=131.0".

When i hit OK, it closes the FF desktop application.

Can no longer enter the FF desktop browser application

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Hello, Does anyone else experiencing random firefox crashes ? It shuts off with no erros at random points. It started happening after recent update, where mozilla decided to remove the option that allowed to hide "list all tabs" which is moronic.. I updated my drivers to the latest. I've never had this problem before, even though I've been using Firefox for 4 years. As soon as I try to connect to an account via Google, or go to Docs/Drive/Classroom, I'm always taken to a “Clear cache and delete cookies” page. So I followed the instructions on the page, deleted all my data and saved cookies from Firefox and even tried to reinstall Firefox completely, but nothing changed, I'm always redirected to this page.

Someone can help me please? I can provide more informations if needed.

Trying to get on twitter, doesn't matter how I approach it I get redirected to a page that tells me my browser is not supported. Firefox is very much still listed as a supported browser.

Went through previous help discussions about this problem. I have made firefox forget twitter completely, and I've added it as an exception to enhanced tracking, neither of which have resolved the issue. I'm still only able to get to a page telling me my browser is not supported. It was working fine two days ago.

Any other suggestions?

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) no longer allows Firefox. When I try to execute the login function on the PG&E.com website, it says Firefox browser not supported. I was told to use Chrome Mask, but I couldn't get this to work either. Maybe I don't know how to use Chrome Mask. Would somebody try to install Chrome Mask and log into pg&e.com, click on the login box and put in some fake username and password. Then tell me if they could make it work.

Hi, I had the idea to try Opera browser as I saw various videos about it. Firefox does slow me down at times even though it's what I have used for years.

Soon after, I defaulted back to using Firefox but the settings must have gotten changed. Everytime I wish to log in to any site, I have to type in my email again. The passwords usually are the old ones that show up.

With Amazon for instance. I must sign in and verify with codes sent to my mobile few times a day. I have searched for help online and gone through the cookies and history and privacy settings, turn this on or that off, don't do this and don't do that. Despite all that, the sites don't remember my email logins. If I go from voucher code to another site, it doesn't remember my credentials, so I don't get the deal or voucher. Amazon on my mobile works perfect but on my laptop, it's just a nightmare to have to sign in and verify each time. Outlook refuses to recognize my password most times and so it goes on.

If I cannot fix this asap, I will then have to remove Firefox as a browser altogether and find anything else that works! Please advise. Last time I reached out to Firefox, I never heard back! Fingers Crossed x

Apparently there's a new PDF feature that shows up on the right in a sub-window whenever I try to view a PDF. "Now you can highlight your PDFs!" it screams. Unfortunately I can't use it nor can I get rid of all the "real estate" that it takes up. I'm using a fully-updated FF browser on an ASUS E410 with Win11 H23. I've tried every possible option to change the FF magnification or my screen size. NOTHING WORKS. Before this thing intruded my space for viewing PDFs or changing PDF forms, everything was fine. Now I am forced to find another solution See attached.

Printing a pdf feature cannot scale up. Independently from the choice of file or printer, printing at a scale more than 100% does not change anything. Unfortunately this extends to the "Fit to page width" option - attempting to print a document with pages smaller than paper size produces an unscaled, small document on a part of the page.

Firefox version: 131.0.2 (64 bit) Windows verion: Windows 10 Education 22H2
