I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with high CPU usage by Firefox when using Mozilla VPN - VPN ON.. Problem occurs when starting in Safe Mode, and still occurs after performing Refresh. Problem can also occur just by changing to a new tab. Problem does not occur if Mozilla VPN is turned OFF. Problem does not occur with Microsoft Edge. Mozilla VPN Support said it is a Firefox issue, and recommended contacting Firefox if safe start or refresh did not help.

Below is a link to a startup session. https://share.firefox.dev/3DEft5k

Hoping that someone can help me solve this issue. Thanks! My account was probably hacked. I noticed this from an email I received from Mozilla. My account was logged in from Africa, which i noticed from the timezone because the email gives literally no detail. I logged into my account to kick them out but i found out i couldnt because the button didnt work. All the other kick buttons worked except the hackers. Mozilla has done nothing other than to email me.

A help page on Amazon claims Firefox can play Amazon Prime videos, yet I got a pop-up window at the beginning of the movie (not the TV series) "Downton Abbey," which I purchased in 2022, saying my browser doesn't support HD because of content. That's a paraphrase of a window that flashed on the screen and disappeared before I could take a screenshot. The window linked to a page that said Firefox browser CAN play Amazon Prime videos. So the window makes no sense to me.

Does Firefox support HD videos overall? Is there some restriction for content (whatever Amazon means by that)?

I am trying to access iDRAC 7 on a Dell Poweredge R520. On version 133.0.3 I get a An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.20. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. I know that the problem is that Firefox stop supporting older versions of TLS. So I choose to also install an older version of Firefox (43.0). On that version I get a The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified error. I used to have no problems accessing iDRAC 7. Has anyone else been able to resolve this problem?

I am on endeavourOS (linux). Whenever I try to upload images for a profile picture to sites like youtube or X, the image becomes corrupted and doesn't upload correctly. It did this with whatsapp too and I had to use a separate app for it. Other posts said that disabling "privacy.resistFingerprinting" would fix it, but it's already disabled.

Attached below are an example of this bug and the contents of this image when viewed on a text editor.

https://boir.com/ and https://boir.org/file/?gad_source=1 are scam websites and both come up as sponsored sites on Firefox. They look official, but charge you money to file a report that can be accomplished on the government website for no charge. These should not be at the top of the list of search results.

A website that I have to use daily for work requires that I add it to the exception list for cookies etc. I already followed the forum's advice and checked that "site settings" is not active in the customized history settings further below. Yet for some reason when I close firefox, reopen it and go to settings, the website I had added is gone but other websites like f.i. my bank is still in the list. Any advice?
