Someone tried to change my email password and I received OTP. so what are precautions and threats are involved now and what I have to do precautions.

I am not receiving e-mails from a business that uses a no-reply e-mail address. Therefore, I cannot update my password to gain access to that account.

I also have Thunderbird, so I wanted to change that auto pay, but it's not viewable in my account. Do I have to wait until my next auto pay for Thunderbird fails to get a notice with a link to fix it?
