I have trouble when I go to Macys website
When I go to Macys website and click on something, it takes a long time to connect. On the top of my screen it will say: "Firefox Not Responding."

First try to
Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
If that does not help, Start Firefox in Safe Mode. Let us know how you do.
There are other things that need your attention.
Note that your System Details List shows that you have preferences that were used in previous Firefox versions and that no longer supported in the current Firefox release.
You can delete a possible user.js file and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Why is it that I only have this problem when I go to Macys website and not any other website? The solutions to this problem look very complicated.
Until we know what the real problem is, all we can do is a bunch of diagnostics until we find the problem.
