Firefox 9 fails Preview and Print Web Pages correctly

Some web pages preview and print only on the top 1/3 of Letter paper, and cutoff the right half of the web page

Other Web pages preview as too laarge BUT STILL print only on the top 1/3 of the page with the right side cutoff
