Firefox in terminal server envorinment takes up a lot of cache memory, how can i reduce it for all users from the servers?

We are using Firefox in our terminal server environment - Citrix. At the default configuration the cache memory for all users is 1024 MB - but how can i reduce this for all users as Administrator? I cannot login in as all users as we are far to many.
